Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds of any kind are not permitted; equipment failure on a specific water attraction does not constitute a refund requirement from Splash.

No refund/cancellation is allowed for any unutilized voucher.

Tickets are not transferable and may not be re-sold or passed to any third party. However, Splash N Party reserves the right to transfer tickets to another date at any time if it is deemed necessary.

CHILDREN below 4 years old  shall always be accompanied by a guardian or a parent.
