Refunds of any kind are not permitted; equipment failure at a specific water attraction does not constitute a refund requirement from Splash.

No refund/cancellation is allowed for any unutilized voucher.

Tickets are not transferable and may not be re-sold or passed to any third party. However, Splash N Party reserves the right to transfer tickets to another date at any time if it is deemed necessary.

What is the required Dresscode?

• Inappropriate/unsafe swimwear attire is NOT allowed.For more information, kindly check our swimwear policy.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, you must always wear appropriate swimwear attire at all our attractions.

Inappropriate swimwear includes and is not limited to:

• Underwear
• Transparent bathing suits
• Street clothes, long flowing clothing and underwear will not be permitted
• Shorts with protruding designs or accessories on the back e.g. rivets, buckles etc.
• Long necklaces, chains, metal hairclips and large hoop earrings
• Swimsuit should be free of metal; buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and our slides
• Any clothing or accessory deemed as potentially damaging to the slides
• Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction
• Swim diapers are available for sale at Retail Shop

General Admission Rules and Regulations

• All Splash N Party guest/visitors/birthday clients/walkins must sign in to our digitized waiver at the entrance.Splash N Party reserved the rights to collect additional information of the clients,hence rest assured that your personal data's wont be used / sold to any 3rd parties for email or social media purposses. Splash N Party reserved the rights to apprehend clients from entering the Park without or refusing to sign in on the waiver.
• No food and drinks allowed coming from outside.
• Proper swimwear is a must.(See posters and print ads at our Ticket Booth for reference)
• Non Toilet trained kids must wear a swim diaper
• Strictly NO POINTED HEELS inside the waterpark (Birthday nor Walkins). Splash n Party reserved the rights to implement this for maintenace & safety purposes.

Ladies Day Rules and Regulations

1. Boys under 8 years of age are welcome. Valid government ID for kids must be presented to get access to the park
2. Kids below 1 go FREE! Valid government ID for kids must be presented to get access to the park.
3. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the waterpark

IMPORTANT : If your child does not know how to swim, Please refrain from using the
ADULT POOL. Your child has to be supervised at all times by an adult/guardian who can swim.

The Splash'n'Party team supervise the play equipment and help maximize your children's
enjoyment from the play experience. They are not however a replacement for parental supervision.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

In order to participate in the activities that are offered at Splash N Party, you must understand and be aware of the risks involved and agree to accept responsibility for you and your dependents subsequent, informed and voluntary participation. Use of any of the activities at Splash N Party Waterpark can result in injury. Your use and/or dependents use of the Splash N Party facilities is undertaken in accordance with the rules and conditions displayed throughout Splash N Party. Splash N Party has implemented all necessary safety measures without removing the inherent nature of the activities.

As such:

• I understand that during my or my dependents’ participation, I or we may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, both seen and unforeseen. I am fully aware of the services, equipment and/or other facilities that are offered at Splash N Party. I am also fully aware of my physical limitations.
• I individually and/or for any/all of my dependents, understand and accept that the activities that I or we will engage in at Splash N Party involve inherent and other risks. These risks can result in varying degrees of physical harm, personal injury disfigurement and potentially death.
• I acknowledge that it is my sole discretion to use and allow my dependents’ to engage in the activities provided and will assume all risks, both inherent and other risks and accept responsibility for any personal property damage and loss and for any degree of physical harm I and/or my dependents may suffer.
• I understand that failure, deliberate or otherwise to adhere to the rules and regulations, going into out of bounds areas, or misuse of any equipment will result in full liability being assumed by the participant, my dependents and me.

Splash’ N’ Party reserves the right to:

1. Refuse entry to any person or remove any person from Splash'n'Party for illegal and offensive behavior or the person under the influence of alcohol.
2. Refuse entry to any person if they feel that there is a risk of injury due to ,age ,size or physical ability of the person
3. Carry out reasonable searches of an individual or property prior to entry to Splash'n'Party Water for security and safety purposes.
4. Restrict access to certain rides at Splash'n'Party that have age restrictions posted at the entry. It is important to read these in advance of your purchase to insure you understand any limitations a member or ticket holder may encounter. Failure to read these in advance will not constitute a refund.
5. Revoke without refund or compensation a ticket that has been used fraudulently. Guests that do not follow posted safety and security rules may be asked to leave the park.
6. Request additional information or documentation from time to time for verification purpose.
7. Splash’n’party has a no refund policy. Equipment failure on a specific water attraction does not constitute a refund requirement from Splash'n'Party.
8. There is a risk of injury and/or death from the activities involved in the Splash'n'Party including, but not limited to the following: (i) sprains; (ii) strains; (iii) fractures; (iv) heat and cold injuries; (v) over-use syndrome; (vi) injuries involving vehicles and caused by electrocution; (vii) animal bites and/or stings; (viii) injuries from climbing, jumping, sliding, encountering electrocution, or other convenience;(ix) heart attack and (x) the potential for permanent paralysis and/or death.

Splash N Party may use any photographs, video footage of you, your dependents, or other minors in your care who use our facilities, collected during your use of our facilities for publication and for use in advertising or promotional material. Such photographs or video footage may appear (whether on their own or in conjunction with other photographs, video footage and/or text graphics) on social media platforms such as Facebook; Instagram; Twitter; YouTube; and/or Snapchat. You hereby grant Splash N Party the unfettered right to use all such photographs and/or video footage in such manner and hereby grant us permission to record, store, transmit, reproduce, replicate, modify, advertise and generally exploit all such photographs and video footage for our benefit and in such manner as we in our discretion deem appropriate. Note also that Splash N Party operates closed circuit television cameras on-site which may be recording footage of you, your dependents, or other minors in your care while using our facilities. You consent to our use of all such footage in the manner described above and agree that the purpose for using such photos and/or video footage is for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes only and is not intended to insult, defame or slander any person. You acknowledge and agree that your consent and agreement to the above is given for yourself as well as on behalf any dependents or other minors in your care while using our facilities. You also agree not to take photos for Commercial use without the consent of Splash N Party.

WAIVER AND RELEASE:
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree to forever waive, release from liability and discharge claims against Splash N Party, its employees, directors, owners and its subsidiaries and affiliates from, and agree not to pursue any form of legal action for any, and all liabilities or claims that I and or any of my dependents’ participation in the activities and use of any and all equipment and facilities at Splash N Party. This release refers to all claim types, including breach of contract fraud, or any other suit and includes losses alleged to be caused by the negligence of Splash N Party to the fullest extent permitted by the law. I also agree I am responsible for any and all medical costs, including, but not limited to ambulance, hospital, pharmacy, physiotherapy, psychological, rehabilitation or other medical costs.
